The BeFit Improvement Cycle:
Step 1:
BeFit Group's Fitness Improvement Process begins with a professional fitness assessment, which
establishes a base-line for the client: where are we now, and where do we want to be? This is the first step: identifying
current fitness level and establishing goals.
Step 2:
Next, we lay out an action plan (i.e. "Design
the Solution") for reaching those goals. Depending on the client's needs, this plan may include nutrition advice,
an exercise regimen, and a schedule for personal one-on-one training with a fitness expert.
Step 3:
As we work together to execute the plan, we careful monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments.
Step
4:
Once we have reached our stated goals, we perform a "Post Program Review", wherein we determine
next steps, such as a maintenance program, periodic check-ins, or even an accelerated program to get to the next level!
